HOPE FOR ONE MORE MERGED THEIR OPERATIONS WITH FOSTER ADOPT CONNECT, A NOT FOR PROFIT ENTITY PROVIDING SIMILAR AND EXPANDED SERVICES EFFECTIVE JULY 31, 2022 BUT WITH ALL ASSETS AND LIABILITIES ASSUMED ON SEPTEMBER 30, 2022.
