Mission
THE OHIO ALLIANCE TO END SEXUAL VIOLENCE (OAESV) SERVES AS OHIO'S STATEWIDE SEXUAL ASSAULT COALITION, ADVANCING COMPREHENSIVE RESPONSES TO SEXUAL VIOLENCE THROUGH ADVOCACY, PREVENTION, AND SURVIVOR-CENTERED SUPPORT. WE EQUIP AND EMPOWER RAPE CRISIS PROGRAMS, ALLIED PROFESSIONALS, AND COMMUNITIES TO PROVIDE EFFECTIVE SERVICES, RAISE AWARENESS, AND SHAPE PUBLIC POLICY THAT AFFECTS VICTIMS OF THE CRIME OF SEXUAL VIOLENCE. OAESV WORKS TO REMOVE BARRIERS, STRENGTHEN COMMUNITY CAPACITY, AND PROMOTE SAFETY AND DIGNITY FOR ALL SURVIVORS.
