TO ENHANCE THE QUALITY OF LIFE FOR ALL RESIDENTS NOW AND FOR FUTURE GENERATIONS; TO BUILD PERMANENT ENDOWMENTS, TO PROVIDE COMMUNITY LEADERSHIP ON RELEVANT ISSUES, AND TO ADDRESS NEEDS THROUGH GRANTMAKING.
