TO PROMOTE THE GENERAL WELFARE OF THE CITIZENS OF ST MARYS BY GIVING SPECIAL ATTENTION TO PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS AND PUBLIC NEEDS AND ALL THAT RELATES TO THE BETTERMENT, CONVENIENCE, AND COMFORTS OF ST MARYS RESIDENTS, AND TO DO ANY AND ALL THINGS NECESSARY TO ENCOURAGE SOCIAL ACTIVITIES AMONG OUR MEMBERS.
