THE ORGANIZATION IS THE TAX-EXEMPT PARENT ORGANIZATION OF THOMAS JEFFERSON UNIVERSITY/JEFFERSON HEALTH; A COMPREHENSIVE PROFESSIONAL UNIVERSITY AND TAX-EXEMPT INTEGRATED HEALTHCARE DELIVERY SYSTEM ("SYSTEM"), WITH A TRIPARTITE MISSION OF EDUCATION, RESEARCH AND PATIENT CARE.
