THE CORPORATION IS NOT ORGANIZED FOR GAIN OR INDIVIDUAL PROFIT AND IT SHALL BE OPERATED EXCLUSIVELY FOR SOCIAL WELFARE PURPOSES WITHIN THE MEANING OF SECTION 501(C)(4) OF THE INTERNAL REVENUE CODE.
