BY TARGETING NEW BUSINESS START-UPS WITH LOCAL OWNERSHIP AND THE EXPANSION OF EXISTING BUSINESSES, THE CREATION OF NEW CAREER AND JOB OPPORTUNITIES WILL MATERIALIZE TO ATTRACT NEW FAMILIES AND FUTURE POPULATION GROWTH.
