ORGANIZED TO SPECIFICALLY REPRESENT THE BEEF INDUSTRY. THE I.C.A. OBJECTIVES ARE BEEF PROMOTION, YOUTH INVOLVEMENT, GRASSROOTS REPRESENTATION, PRIVATE PROPERTY RIGHTS, AND ENVIRONMENTAL AND ANIMAL HEALTH. THIS IS ACCOMPLISHED THROUGH EDUCATION OF OUR YOUTH AND INFORMATIVE PROGRAMS FOR THE MEMBERSHIP OF SOUTHEAST TEXAS.
