SCHOLARSHIPS ARE AWARDED BASED ON BEING A RESIDENT OR LINEAL DESCENDENT THAT LIVED OR IS LIVING IN SOLON AND CENTERVILLE TOWNSHIPS AND LEELANAU COUNTY, MICHIGAN. SELECTION IS BASED ON A FINANCIAL NEED AS DETERMINED BY THEIR FAFSA SCORE. (EFC) THE SELECTION PROCESS IS OVERSEEN BY A THIRD PARTY ORGANIZATION AND IS NOT INFLUENCED BY THE DIRECTORS OF THE FUND.
