TO PROVIDE FINANCIAL AND OTHER FORMS OF ASSISTANCE AND SUPPORT TO STUDENTS, CHILDREN AND THEIR PARENTS, AND LOW-INCOME FAMILIES, SUCH ASSISTANCE AND SUPPORT INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO, EDUCATIONAL OPPORTUNITIES AND ASSISTANCE (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, PRE-KINDERGARTEN THROUGH POST-SECONDARY SCHOOLS, FACILITIES AND EQUIPMENT, SCHOLARSHIPS, AND ATHLETIC PROGRAMS), HEALTHCARE SERVICES, SOCIAL SERVICES, HOUSING, LEGAL ASSISTANCE, AND CULTURAL OPPORTUNITIES. THE PURPOSES SPECIFIED HEREIN ARE TO BE FURTHERED AND THE ACTIVITIES PURSUANT THERETO ARE TO BE UNDERTAKEN EXCLUSIVELY TO BENEFIT AND SUPPORT ORGANIZATIONS THAT OPERATE PROGRAMS WHICH PROVIDE SUCH ASSISTANCE AND SUPPORT TO STUDENTS, CHILDREN AND THEIR PARENTS, AND LOW-INCOME FAMILIES AND THAT ARE DESCRIBED IN SECTION 509(A)(1) OR 509(A)(2) OF THE INTERNAL REVENUE CODE OF 1986, AS AMENDED.
