THE HEALTH PROJECT DETERMINES THE WINNERS OF THE C. EVERETT KOOP NATIONAL HEALTH AWARDS AND MAKES THESE AWARDS FOR PROGRAMS WHICH IMPROVE HEALTH AND SAVE MONEY IN WORKSITES AND OTHER VENUES. IT DOES SO TO HELP THE NATION AND THE WORLD WITH THE HEALTH CARE COST CRISIS AND ALSO TO HELP PREVENT DISEASE.
