TO PROVIDE LEADERSHIP AND ACT AS A CONSTRUCTIVE FORCE IN THE DUAL MISSION OF: 1) PROMOTING THE FULL PARTICIPATION OF CHINESE AMERICANS IN AMERICAN SOCIETY AND ACTING AS A PUBLIC POLICY RESOURCE FOR THE CHINESE AMERICAN COMMUNITY, AND 2) PROMOTING CONSTRUCTIVE DIALOGUE AND RELATIONSHIPS BETWEEN THE PEOPLES AND LEADERS OF THE UNITED STATES AND GREATER CHINA.
