TO FOSTER AN EQUITABLE AND INCLUSIVE COMMUNITY IN GREATER WATERBURY AND LITCHFIELD HILLS BY INSPIRING GENEROSITY, SUPPORTING ORGANIZATIONS, AND CULTIVATING EFFECTIVE LEADERS.
