TO SUPPORT THE REVITALIZATION OF DOWNTOWN PROVIDENCE, RI (DOWNCITY), ACTING AS A CATALYST FOR DEVELOPMENT AND NEW INITIATIVES TO BENEFIT DOWNCITY.
