TO REPRESENT THE COLLECTIVE INTEREST OF OUR MEMBERS BY PROMOTING, INFORMING, SUPPORTING AND CONTINUOUSLY IMPROVING THE SMALL BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT CENTERS NETWORK, WHICH DELIVERS NATIONWIDE EDUCATIONAL ASSISTANCE TO STRENGTHEN SMALL/MEDIUM BUSINESS MANAGEMENT, THEREBY CONTRIBUTING TO THE GROWTH OF LOCAL, STATE AND NATIONAL ECONOMIES.
